Wise Words from the Happy Man

A friend of mine gave me a passage to read from the Dalai Lama's Autobiography last night.

She told me to read it to get a better understanding to why people fuel destructive judgements based on anger. While reading it it made me feel sad. Anger is such a waist of time and energy.

"to ask your self whether or not anger has any value"
This line made sense to me because anger is never a cherished attribute to someones personality.
Its hard to have a life full of happiness only but I respect and admire those who give it their best shot.

I thought I would attach the chapter for others to read as I found it extremely calming to read myself.

Hope everyone who reads it gets something out of it
